As this industry is ever-changing, adaptability is a skill I value indefinitely. I adapt to change quickly, efficiently and confidently. I take changes as an opportunity to grow personally and professionally. I take the initiative to solve a problem and think critically to pivot the issue. I am adaptable in both the classroom and the work field. 

In this time where social media has become a main communication vehicle, I am learning how to manage a professional social media and effectively promote my personal brand in an appropriate manner. I will continue to strengthen my social media management. I create trendy, relevant content that appeals to the audience.

I can articulate formal and informal pieces that engage the reader through writing. My work is used to educate and inspire through authenticity and expression of values. As an efficient channel to reach people, my writing is useful for professional work and personal thoughts/ideas. I began my blogs as a class requirement, but I enjoy writing freely and creatively.
